We are hiring for a full-time position at Bill Dube Ford Toyota, a well-established dealership in Dover, New Hampshire.

Schedule: Monday - Thursday 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM, Saturday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM.

Responsibilities include:

• Cashiering customers
• Answering and directing all incoming calls
• Closing repair orders and parts slips
• Processing receipts for vehicle purchases
• Performing additional clerical and accounting functions

Qualifications:

• Ability to work well with multiple departments
• Superior customer service skills
• Excellent communication skills and high attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and handle multiple phone calls
• Dealership and/or retail receptionist experience is a plus
• Ability to pass pre-employment testing, including background checks and drug tests
• Professional appearance and strong work ethic
