This position is scheduled for weeknights and weekends.

Work hours are:

• 3:30 to 7 or 8 PM on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday
• 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM on Saturday

Responsibilities

• Answer dealership group phones, greet and receive prospects and customers
• Direct customers to the appropriate department, notify staff of waiting customers, and introduce customers to sales staff
• Collaborate with sales and internal teams
• Communicate professionally and courteously with callers and visitors
• Perform other duties as assigned
