Overview

Since 2004, BI Incorporated has operated ISAP for DHS and ICE, providing supervision of individuals in immigration proceedings. The program combines case management with supervision technology and partners with community organizations to support participants. ISAP continues to grow and evolve with positive outcomes.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • At least two (2) years of relevant work experience, preferably with multicultural contacts
  • Ability to pass a federal background check and obtain suitability determination
  • U.S. citizenship required
  • Residency in the U.S. for three (3) of the last five (5) years (military and study abroad accepted)
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish required
  • Good computer skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle stressful situations and maintain self-control
  • Sensitivity to multicultural contacts
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to use standard office equipment and perform data entry

Working Conditions

  • Office environment with some local travel
  • Use of office equipment such as copier, computer, telephone, fax
  • Data entry using hands and fingers

Primary Duties

  • Greet and communicate with program participants, visitors, and staff
  • Check-in participants for office visits
  • Answer phones and direct calls
  • Maintain case records and files
  • Assist with case coordination and clerical tasks
  • Coordinate transportation services
  • Perform other duties as assigned
