Overview

Since 2004, BI Incorporated has operated ISAP for DHS and ICE's Enforcement and Removal Operations. ISAP is vital in supervising individuals in immigration proceedings, combining case management with supervision technology. We collaborate with community partners to support participants' needs. Qualifications

Minimum Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • At least two years of experience in a similar role, preferably with multicultural contacts
  • Ability to pass a federal background check and obtain a suitability determination
  • U.S. citizenship required
  • Residency in the U.S. for three of the last five years (military and study abroad accepted)
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish required
  • Good computer skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Sound judgment and composure in stressful situations
  • Ability to handle multicultural interactions sensitively
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

Working Conditions

  • Coordinate transportation for participants
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
