Our client, a law firm specializing in landlord-tenant litigation, is seeking a Bilingual Receptionist to join their Long Island, New York office.

The estimated salary range for this position is $40,000 - $50,000 (annually) and may vary depending on experience and other factors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist clients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner
  • Answer and direct a high volume of incoming calls in both English and Spanish
  • Provide accurate information about the firm’s services and procedures
  • Manage and route incoming mail and packages, including daily sorting and distribution
  • Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, scanning, and copying
  • Maintain the front desk area and conference rooms in a clean and organized manner
  • Assist attorneys and staff with administrative support as needed
  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars as requested

Qualifications:

  • Fluent in English (spoken and written) and conversational Spanish
  • Prior experience in a receptionist or administrative role preferred
