You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, answering phone calls, and greeting visitors in both English and Spanish. Responsibilities

• Greet patients, families, and visitors in a friendly and professional manner, using both English and Spanish languages
• Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a timely and professional manner

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, files, and databases
• Perform various administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments, handling mail, and managing supplies
