Lithia Chrysler Jeep Dodge of Klamath Falls is seeking a Receptionist/BDC Admin to be the welcoming hub for customers, handling calls, scheduling, and inquiries. You will help keep the sales team organized while delivering a professional experience at the front desk.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year of receptionist or customer service experience, strong communication, and solid organizational skills. This full-time role operates Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 4:00pm, at our Klamath Falls

Qualifications

• 1+ year of receptionist, administrative, BDC, or customer service experience is required.
• Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and stay composed in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn CRM and dealership systems.
• Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to jump in and help.
• Valid driver’s license in your state of residence.

Responsibilities

• Answer all incoming phone calls according to company policies and in a friendly, prompt and professional manner.
• Page employees who are requested by customer either in person or via telephone.
• Transfer phone calls to appropriate parties promptly and accurately.
• Take phone messages when needed and ensure they are received by the appropriate person.
• Greet and assist all customers in a prompt, friendly and professional manner.
• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of desk and showroom.
