Job summary

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Receptionist and Marketing Assistant at our offices at the Shops at Legacy in Plano, TX. The position is responsible for answering phones and greeting people as the come in, and setting up meetings and events. The position is also responsible for various day-to-day marketing-related tasks including preparation of marketing communications with clients and prospective clients, utilizing Hubspot CRM for managing communications and sales pipelines, developing and implementing a social media marketing campaign, organizing events, helping attorneys with individual outreach efforts, creating content for blog posts, website, and presentations, managing updates to the website, and generally being proactive with developing the firm's marketing program.
