RECEPTIONIST/ADMINISTRATIVE CLERK

Based in Brockton, Mass., Atrenne Computing Solutions, LLC, a Celestica company, is an innovative leader in system architecture for computing platforms. The company has more than 50 years of experience designing and manufacturing solutions for the military, industrial, and telecom industries. Atrenne is seeking a Receptionist/Administrative Clerk to join our team.

This role provides administrative support to the organization and serves as the first point of contact for visitors. The position requires multitasking, initiative, good judgment in problem-solving, responsibility, and a results-oriented approach.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Answer multi-line telephone inquiries clearly and respond to customer questions, routing calls appropriately.
  2. Maintain a welcoming reception area for employees and visitors, including customers, vendors, technicians, and job candidates, ensuring visibility at reception.
  3. Verify visitor IDs, provide ID badges, and coordinate with their Point-of-Contact to follow security procedures.
  4. Assist with meeting logistics, conference room scheduling, and ordering lunches.
  5. Provide clerical support, including data entry for departments such as HR and Quality Assurance, and assist finance and purchasing with vendor/customer setup in ERP system.
  6. Distribute notices and memos, post announcements, and assist in event planning.
  7. Notify employees of incoming postal mail and make travel arrangements for sales and executive staff as needed.
  8. Maintain conference room supplies and organization.
Education and Skills
  • High school diploma or GED with 5+ years of related experience; post-high school training in office administration preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel); knowledge of ERP, Internet, and project management or database software preferred.
  • Excellent attendance, confidentiality, and effective communication skills.
  • Ability to handle pressure, multitask, listen actively, focus on customer needs, and stay organized.

This is an on-site position, working 32 hours per week, Monday through Thursday, 7:30 a.m. - 4 p.m. Compliance with ITAR regulations is required, including U.S. citizenship or eligible status.
