Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong organizational, communication and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Perform reception and telephone duties.
• Assist with maintaining personnel records.
• Organize resident records and pertinent bookkeeping files.
• Coordinate meetings and schedules for the Administrator.
• Greet visitors and manage mail distribution.
• Support new employee orientation as needed.
