Executive Director, Inc. (EDI) is a leading association management company servicing 40 national and global medical, health, scientific associations and certifying bodies. EDI's Receptionist/Accounts Payable are responsible for being the first point of contact for EDI visitors and client incoming phone calls. Works closely with EDI's accounting department with the accounts payable process.
This role is responsible for directing calls to the appropriate client teams, processing client accounts payable, deposits, and maintaining effective communication with client executives, treasurers, accounting departments, and internal EDI staff. The position plays a key role in promoting efficiency, collaboration, and professionalism while upholding EDI's standards of excellence in client service and organizational support.
No travel will be required.
This is a full-time position located in our office in downtown Milwaukee, WI. Not eligible for remote work requires five days onsite in the office.
