Berlin Patten Ebling in Florida seeks a friendly, professional front desk receptionist who will be the first face clients see. You’ll set the tone for every meeting, greet visitors, handle a multi-line phone system, and support attorneys and staff with administrative tasks.
If you pride yourself on polished communication, organization, and discretion, this role offers a collaborative, client-focused environment with competitive hourly pay and benefits.
You'll be the first face clients see when they walk into one of Florida's leading real estate and estate planning firms. This isn't a "sit behind the desk and answer phones" role — you're the front of the house, setting the tone for every client meeting and closing. If you take pride in creating a polished, welcoming environment and want to work alongside professionals who appreciate the work you do, we'd love to meet you.
Welcome clients and visitors with warmth and professionalism. Manage a multi-line phone system and route calls efficiently. Coordinate appointments, oversee conference room scheduling, and keep the reception area polished and organized. Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries. Support attorneys and staff with scanning, filing, electronic records, and other administrative tasks. Throughout it all, you'll handle confidential client information with discretion.
You're warm, polished, and unflappable under a busy front desk. You communicate clearly — in person, on the phone, and by email — and you know how to prioritize when three things need your attention at once. You're comfortable with technology (Microsoft Office, scheduling software, case management systems) and pick up new tools quickly. Prior experience in a law firm, title company, or professional services environment is a plus but not required.
bilingual English/Spanish, notary commission (or willingness to obtain one).
Law firm or professional office experience is a plus, but not required.
