Job summary

WellNow Urgent Care is seeking a front desk professional to greet and register patients, triage phone calls, and process payments. This role supports daily operations and ensures a smooth patient experience in a busy urgent care environment.

Candidates should have a High School diploma or equivalent, with an Associates degree preferred, and a proven ability to manage high call volumes while delivering excellent customer service.
