Job summary

WellNow Urgent Care is seeking a friendly Front Desk Receptionist to greet and register patients, answer calls, triage inquiries, and manage payments in a fast-paced urgent care setting.

Minimum education is a High School Diploma; an Associates degree is preferred. 0-25% travel may be required as the practice expands across markets; WellNow offers growth opportunities and comprehensive benefits.

• Ability to manage high call volume and patient flow.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register patients at check-in.
• Answer and triage incoming calls.
• Take payments for visits and process transactions.
• Print, scan, and fax reports; support front desk operations.
