Job summary

WellNow Urgent Care is seeking a friendly Front Desk Associate to greet and register patients, answer and triage phone calls, process payments, and handle printing, scanning, and faxing at our Town of Manlius location.

Minimum education includes a high school diploma or equivalent; an associate degree is preferred. The role requires the ability to manage high call volumes, deliver exceptional customer service, and may involve 0–25% travel as needed.
