Job summary

Aria of Brookfield is seeking a receptionist to join our team. Hours would be 4p-8p and the position is part-time at our Brookfield facility.

As the first point of contact, you will greet visitors, answer phones, route calls, and handle basic clerical tasks while maintaining a welcoming, organized reception area.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to organize, multitask, prioritize and work under pressure.
• Prior work experience handling receptionist responsibilities is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answers phones and operates a switchboard.
• Routes calls to facility departments.
• Takes and relays messages to facility departments.
• Sends emails and faxes.
• Greets visitors warmly and ensures they are comfortable.
• Coordinates mail flow in and out of the facility.

• Assists Business Office Manager with accounts payable receipts.
• Hands out employment applications.

A Receptionist welcomes visitors to the facility by greeting them, in person or on the telephone, directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories, and maintains security by following visitor/resident procedures.
