St. Francis Hospice (SFH) is growing, and we need a Part Time Receptionist to join our team. Schedule is Monday and Tuesday, 8 am - 4:30 pm. SFH is a well-established, mission-driven healthcare organization dedicated to providing exceptional hospice and palliative care services throughout our community.
The Receptionist serves as an information resource for all internal and external customers. The position is responsible for greeting and directing all visitors cordially and efficiently, and answering phones and directing accordingly. This position works in partnership with SFR departments providing limited clerical support as needed.
Two to Three (2-3) years of experience in a professional office is required. Excellent interpersonal, organizational and customer service skills required. Ability to maintain confidentiality and utilize discretion and good judgement. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel & PPT). Work under varying degrees of stress related to multiple tasks at the same time while maintaining a positive attitude.
