Primary Responsibilities
  • Patient Reception: Greet and check in patients, collect paperwork, and ensure all information is complete and accurate.
  • Phone and Scheduling: Answer phone calls, schedule and confirm appointments, manage calendars for multiple providers and locations.
  • Patient intake: Guide patients through electronic registration, insurance verification, consent forms and medical/dental history forms.
  • Coordination: Communicate effectively with clinical and billing teams to ensure a smooth patient flow.
  • Customer service: Address any questions, concerns and special request with professionalism and empathy.
  • Records Management: Scan, file, and update patient records in the electronic health record system, maintaining strict confidentiality.
  • Facility Support: Help keep the reception area and waiting room neat and welcoming.
Education

High school diploma or equivalent (Required).

Experience
  • Prior dental, or hospitality experience preferred, but we’re willing to train the right candidate!
  • Comfort with patient care, electronic scheduling systems, EMR/EHR, or dental/medical office software is a plus.
