DOCS Dermatology Group, one of the largest dermatology practices in the nation, is seeking a Medical Receptionist to join our patient-centered team. You will answer multi-line phones, greet patients, collect insurance information, and perform data entry into our EHR systems, while supporting the physicians and management staff.

• Prior experience with medical terminology is a plus.

Summary

Medical Receptionists directly interact with patients collecting and providing information concerning the patients’ medical care. Receptionists also work closely with other staff to ensure effective communication.
