BHC Alhambra Hospital in Rosemead, California seeks a Receptionist – Per Diem to greet visitors, manage a multi-line switchboard, and provide clerical support across front desk tasks in a private, fully accredited behavioral health facility.
You will follow facility visitor regulations, answer calls within three rings, assist with mail processing, look up patient numbers in the MS4 system, and distribute facesheets to doctors, supporting a compassionate care team.

The Receptionist is responsible for handling a multi-line telephone switchboard and greeting and assisting all visitors. In addition, provides clerical support as requested and processing incoming and outgoing mail.

Education: High school graduate or equivalent preferred.
Experience: Two (2) years experience on a multi-line telephone switchboard, preferably in a health care environment and any combination of education, training, or experience in a hospital environment.
Additional Requirements: May be required to occasional overtime and flexible hours. Required to work holidays and some unofficial holidays.
