We offer inpatient, residential, partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient options for individuals in the communities of the San Gabriel Valley, Los Angeles County, and surrounding areas.
The Case Manager is responsible for managing the treatment activities offered to the patient, which may include the appropriate clinical screening of potential admissions, establishment of treatment plans, interface with the treatment team/external case managers/managed care organizations and implementation and supervision and/or accomplishes all aspects of the discharge planning process. This position will also include traveling off-site to our Reasons Eating Disorder Centers locations in Pasadena and Arcadia.

Education: Masters degree from an accredited college or university in social work, mental health, psychology or a related field.
Experience: A minimum of four (4) years direct clinical experience in a psychiatric or mental health setting preferred. Experience in patient assessment, family motivation, treatment planning and communication with external review organizations is preferred. Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills are required.
