Willow Springs Memory Care is seeking a friendly, service-minded team member to support residents and families through daily interactions and compassionate care on-site. You will engage residents, foster meaningful relationships, and contribute to a safe, engaging community.

GENERAL STATEMENT OF POSITION:

This position is a multi-faceted position, requiring excellent customer service awareness and follow through in many areas and all aspects of our business. Works with office equipment, such as, but not limited to Computers, printers, Pitney Bowes, Fax, and multi-line phone.
