Churchill Place Memory Care is seeking a compassionate team member to provide meaningful activities that support residents’ psychological, social and spiritual well-being within a safe, active environment.

You will collaborate with the Life Engagement Director to ensure engaging services, promote independence, and foster meaningful connections that enhance overall well-being for residents and staff alike.

• Promotes residents' psychological, social and spiritual well-being through meaningful engagements
