Job summary

ASC Silver Spring in Orlando is seeking a Full Time Receptionist. The role interfaces with patients, families, physicians and staff; admits patients and processes paperwork; updates demographics in the system; collects monies due and documents in the billing system; handles funds per office procedure and answers incoming calls.

Schedule is Monday through Friday with no nights, weekends, holidays or on-call.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• One year previous experience or some hospital clerical experience or medical terminology preferred.
• Must have the skills necessary to operate office equipment that are required to fulfill job duties.
• Forty-five (45) wpm typing skills required.
• Medical terminology and computer experience beneficial
• Bilingual preferred.
• Good communication skills.

Pay Range- Min: $22.70 - Max: $29.58
