ASC Continence Center is hiring a Receptionist to join our front desk team in Owings Mills, MD. This role interfaces with patients, families, physicians and staff to provide courteous, efficient service.
The Receptionist will admit patients, process paperwork, update demographics in the system, collect payments, and document in the billing system while answering incoming calls. Strong typing, a high school diploma, and good communication are required; bilingual skills are a plus.
The Continence Center, Chesapeake Urology provides a wide variety of services and treatment options for men and women, including the latest medications, minimally invasive outpatient procedures, and surgical options. We offer patients a comprehensive evaluation in a comfortable and discrete setting. Each patient is given individualized and personal attention including:
TheReceptionistinterfaces with patients and families, physicians and staff; Admit patients and process their paperwork; Update patient demographics/information in system; Collect monies due and document in the billing system; Handle funds per office procedure. Answer incoming phone calls.

Pay Range- Min: $17.78- Max: $25.78
