The position requires a high school diploma, strong typing, basic computer and office skills, and preferred bilingual ability. Training provided to support excellent patient service and accurate record-keeping.
The Continence Center, Chesapeake Urology provides a wide variety of services and treatment options for men and women, including the latest medications, minimally invasive outpatient procedures, and surgical options. We offer patients a comprehensive evaluation in a comfortable and discrete setting.
Each patient is given individualized and personal attention including:
The Receptionist interfaces with patients and families, physicians and staff; Admit patients and process their paperwork; Update patient demographics/information in system; Collect monies due and document in the billing system; Handle funds per office procedure. Answer incoming phone calls.

Pay Range- Min: $17.78- Max: $25.78
