The Salvation Army North & Central Illinois Division in Omaha, NE is seeking a full-time receptionist to greet clients, answer phones, and support community service operations. Hours Monday through Friday 8:30 A.M. to 4:30 P.M.
Starting salary range $30,000 to $41,000 annually. Duties include scheduling appointments, relaying messages, assisting with paperwork and basic data entry, and performing light clerical tasks.

To answer incoming phone calls, greet incoming clients/visitors and assist them with a variety of community services provided at our Corps.

High School Diploma/GED. Some secondary education preferred. Minimum of 1 year of related experience in reception, telephone work, or data processing preferred. Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
Must pass all applicable background checks. Must successfully complete Safe from Harm training within 90 days of hire, as established by The Salvation Army.
