Responsibilities

• Provides exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers.
• Answers incoming calls and greet guests.
• Take Messages and ensure timely responses to customers.
• Validate Identification for Guests in the check in process.
• Completes data entry and various reporting tasks.
• Distribute incoming and outgoing mail accordingly.
• Handling deposits and scanning/processing paperwork.

As the first point of contact for our company, the Receptionist will greet visitors, answer incoming calls, and provide administrative support to various departments.
