Responsibilities

• Provides exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers
• Answers incoming calls and greet guests
• Take messages and ensure timely responses to customers
• Validate identification for guests in the check-in process
• Completes data entry and various reporting tasks
• Distribute incoming and outgoing mail accordingly
