We are seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist to join our team at our Young Chevrolet location in Layton, Utah. As the first point of contact for our company, the Receptionist will greet visitors, answer incoming calls, and provide administrative support to various departments. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Provides exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers
• Answers incoming calls and greet guests
• Take Messages and ensure timely responses to customers
• Validate Identification for Guests in the check in process
• Completes data entry and various reporting tasks
• Distribute incoming and outgoing mail accordingly
