Job Details

Seeking an outstanding, animal-loving veterinary experienced receptionist to join our dedicated and fun team! At Good Shepherd Pet Hospital, located at 13242 SR 54, Suite B, Odessa, FL 33556, we are a growing veterinary practice serving the Odessa, Trinity, and surrounding areas. We provide high standards of pet healthcare with a compassionate, team-oriented, and highly-skilled staff.

Level of experience: Prior experience of 1+ years working in a veterinary practice required.

Hours of Operation: Monday through Saturday, 8am - 6:00pm; Wednesday, 9am - 5:00pm.

Responsibilities and Requirements

• Adhere to all expectations outlined in our General Policies Standards.
• Experience in eVetPractice software preferred, but not required.
• Provide excellent customer service in-person and on the telephone.
• Be efficient, courteous, polite, and helpful to all clients at all times.
• Work well within a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Communicate clearly doctor’s directives to clients.
• Maintain clinic cleanliness and sanitation standards.
• Meet all receptionist responsibilities effectively.
