Job summary

Serenity Healthcare in Florida is seeking a friendly Receptionist to be the first point of contact for visitors and callers. You will set the tone with a welcoming smile while handling check-ins, appointments, and basic inquiries.

This role rewards hospitality and strong customer-service skills. Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED and at least 1 year of customer-facing experience; training will cover the remaining processes and tools.

About The Role

As a Receptionist, you'll be the first point of contact for visitors - the person who sets the tone and creates a welcoming atmosphere. This role is perfect for someone with strong customer service skills who enjoys purposeful work.

Position: Receptionist | Schedule: 3 Days/Week | 13-Hour Shifts

No experience in a specific field? No problem. If you have a background in hospitality, retail, or any fast‑paced customer service role, you already have the skills we're looking for - we'll teach you everything else.
