Receptionist – JLL

As a Receptionist at JLL, you will serve as the face of our organization, transforming routine arrivals into memorable brand experiences. You will act as the central information hub of our offices, connecting employees, visitors, and vendors to the right resources while maintaining the highest standards of hospitality and professionalism. This role is essential to creating frictionless, high-quality experiences for clients and guests, supporting security protocols, and ensuring seamless facility operations.
What your day-to-day will look like:
- Deliver White Glove Service: Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and sincere welcome, providing personalized, anticipatory service that focuses on quality of interaction rather than transactional processing
- Act as Information Hub: Serve as the central point of contact, connecting employees, visitors, and vendors to the right resources, departments, or answers with confidence and professionalism
- Master Reception Service Standards: Embody JLL's hospitality standards and demonstrate self-accountability through participation in hospitality audits conducted by the management team
- Manage Guest Concerns: Handle guest concerns in person, over the phone, or via emails/tickets, offering assistance and resolution promptly and graciously
- Data Management: Ensure proper registration and tracking of all visitors, utilizing dashboards and platforms to generate data-driven insights regarding guest volume and facility usage; record and organize parking logs, security access cards, vendor sign-ins, and badging access
- Support Physical Security: Issue employee badges following proper security procedures, track badge on-boarding/off-boarding processes, and support badge inventory management
- Coordinate Event Support: Support onsite events through organized check-ins and badging, providing a hospitality-focused arrival experience for all external and event guests
- Facility Management Triage: Act as the triage point for facility management issues, manage incoming and outgoing courier packages and mail, and work closely with team members to coordinate smooth handling of guest requests
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of two years of customer service related experience, preferably from hotels, resorts, retail, fine dining restaurants, luxury guest service environments, or tech corporate offices
- Proficiency in Google Suite, with flexibility to quickly adapt to new processes and systems implemented by management
- Excellent organization and communication skills, both oral and written; proficiency in English required
- Ability to perform minimal physical activity such as walking and carrying small packages
- Confidence to enforce security policies and manage friction points (e.g., unannounced vendors) while maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer service
- High-energy with eagerness to learn and go above and beyond
- Perfect time and attendance record essential.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Spanish language proficiency
- Experience in corporate office reception or workplace services
