Service Corporation International in New Bedford, MA is seeking a part-time receptionist/administrative assistant to support our front desk operations and guest services. You will greet visitors, route calls, and assist families during a difficult time with professionalism and compassion.
Key duties include coordinating appointments, maintaining files, and handling light typing and data entry while ensuring a calm, respectful environment for clients and staff.
Education High School Diploma or equivalent Experience Six months general office, receptionist, or administrative support experience preferred Proficient at operating telephones, fax, copier Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Working knowledge of MS Office Suite Clear and professional speaking voice and tone Professional interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations Position continually requires demonstrated poise, tact and diplomacy Ability to work schedule including Saturday and or Sunday and beyond standard business hours
