Responsibilities include greeting clients, answering phones, accepting donations, assisting outreach, and maintaining a welcoming front desk area.
Qualifications include a high school diploma, strong communication, confidentiality, and computer literacy; CPR/First Aid and Food Handler’s permits may be obtained

The Family Place Utah (TFPU) is seeking a self-motivated and trustworthy individual for the position of Receptionist. The individual selected will serve as the integral team member of the Administration Department. This position is part-time, 20-24 hours a week with the possibility of becoming a full time position in the future.

The Receptionist is responsible for covering all aspects of the front desk and accompanying office area including receiving phone calls, greeting and assisting clients, accepting donations, assisting in outreach efforts, etc. The receptionist is organized and efficient, takes the initiative in keeping the lobby and front desk area clean, and assists the administrative team as needed. They are professional, courteous, and welcoming of clients, donors, and employees. This position is supervised by the Executive Director’s Assistant.
