Job summary

Five Star Ford Lewisville is seeking a friendly, professional Part-Time Receptionist to join our team. You will be the first point of contact for customers, greeting them professionally and guiding them to the right department.

Responsibilities include answering calls, taking messages, and maintaining a tidy reception area while delivering an exceptional customer experience. Evening hours and Monday–Friday schedule support a busy dealership environment.

Qualifications

• Previous receptionist or customer service experience preferred.
• Automotive dealership experience is a plus, but not required.
• Professional, friendly, and positive attitude.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask in a busy dealership environment.
• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented.
• Ability to provide an exceptional customer experience from the moment customers walk through the door.
• Clean driving record & valid driver’s license.
• Willing to submit to a background check and drug screen prior to employment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and visitors promptly and professionally.
• Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls.
• Assist customers with general questions and connect them with the appropriate department or team member.
• Take accurate messages and ensure timely follow-up.
• Direct customers to Sales, Service, Parts, and Finance departments.
• Maintain a clean, organized reception area.
• Assist with basic administrative and clerical duties.
• Provide excellent customer service throughout every interaction.
• Maintain professionalism and confidentiality when handling customer information.
• Support the dealership team with additional administrative tasks as needed.
