Spring Mountain Treatment Center is currently seekinga professional, customer service-oriented Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for patients, visitors, and callers, the Receptionist plays a vital role in creating a welcoming and professional environment. The Receptionist will manage a multi-line telephone system, direct calls appropriately, greet and assist visitors, and ensure secure access to the facility. Additional responsibilities include coordinating taxi requests, processing mail and UPS shipments, routing discharge documentation, and maintaining reception-related records and logs. The Receptionist also supports patient and visitor screening processes by maintaining patient/case manager logs and youth visitor lists to ensure compliance with facility procedures. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, able to manage multiple tasks efficiently, and committed to providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
