Cedar Ridge Behavioral Hospital is seeking a Receptionist to greet patients, families, and visitors in a courteous, professional manner and to respond to phone inquiries. The role provides clerical support to the management team while handling multiple priorities with discretion.
Candidates should have a High School Diploma or GED and ideally 1–2 years of healthcare clerical experience, along with strong customer service and organizational skills.
Receptionist greets patients, family members, and visitors, and responds to telephone inquiries in a professional, courteous, and friendly manner at all times. Assists or directs patients/family members or visitors to appropriate area based on needs. Provides clerical support to management team as needed. Handles multiple priorities within appropriate task deadlines. Maintains confidentiality of all facility-related information.

Cedar Ridge Behavioral Hospital provides inpatient and residential treatment services for youth ages 5-17, as well as inpatient, partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient services for adults ages 18+. Our treatment programs provide a structured and supportive treatment environment that promotes self-acceptance and helps stabilize patients suffering from acute psychiatric illness. Our multidisciplinary treatment teams consist of psychiatrists, licensed therapists and highly specialized nurses who collaborate to develop and implement effective and compassionate treatment plans for our patients. Cedar Ridge is a behavioral health facility that encompasses a 206-bed acute psychiatric hospital and residential treatment center on a beautifully wooded campus with a stocked pond, school, gym, outdoor courtyard and playground.
