Job summary

Cedar Ridge Behavioral Hospital is seeking a Receptionist to greet patients, families, and visitors in a courteous, professional manner and to respond to phone inquiries. The role provides clerical support to the management team while handling multiple priorities with discretion.

Candidates should have a High School Diploma or GED and ideally 1–2 years of healthcare clerical experience, along with strong customer service and organizational skills.

Cedar Ridge Behavioral Hospital provides inpatient and residential treatment services for youth ages 5-17, as well as inpatient, partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient services for adults ages 18+.
