• Provide basic information to callers and visitors or redirect inquiries to the appropriate department.
• Perform basic clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and typing documents as needed.
• Maintain the organization and cleanliness of the reception area.
• Assist with other tasks or responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor to support the team.

Key Responsibilities:
