Job summary

• Must be able to sit 6–7 hours per 8-hour shift.

We are seeking a Receptionist to add to our dynamic team! The receptionist assists with answering and managing a large volume of incoming calls and routes them to the correct person or department. Additionally, the assist customers that come into the business and direct them to the areas that they need to find.

• Process outgoing and incoming mail, including U.S. postage and other special services

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Possess pleasant telephone voice
• Excellent verbal communication skills required, as well as, interpersonal, customer service, and organizational skills
• Switchboard operations experience or experience answering multi-line telephone in an office setting; preferably Cisco PBX System
• Must be computer literate and able to type 20-30 WPM accurately
• Must be able to see 20/40 corrected in each eye and hear (hearing aid acceptable)
• Must be able to sit continuously for 6 to 7 hours per 8-hour shift
