This role is primarily focused on supporting corporate staff and office operations rather than resident-facing tasks, and is well-suited to someone who enjoys variety and helping multiple teams stay organized.Key ResponsibilitiesGreet visitors, vendors, and guests at the corporate office in a professional and welcoming manner.Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls to the appropriate department or team member.Manage the front desk and reception area, keeping it organized and presentable.Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail, packages, and deliveries.Provide general administrative support to corporate departments (HR, Accounting, Operations, Leadership) as needed, such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.Assist with scheduling and coordinating meetings, conference rooms, and calendars.Order and maintain office supplies and coordinate with vendors for office equipment/maintenance.Assist with onboarding logistics for new corporate hires (e.g., preparing workstations, badges, welcome materials).Support HR or leadership with special projects, mailings, or event coordination as requested.Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company and employee information.Perform other administrative duties as assigned.QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework preferred.Prior experience in a receptionist, administrative assistant, or office support role preferred.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); comfortable learning internal systems (e.g., Paycom).Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.Professional, friendly demeanor with strong customer service orientation toward internal staff and outside visitors.Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
