Varnum's main office in Grand Rapids is looking for a full-time Receptionist. This client-facing role combines traditional receptionist duties, hospitality responsibilities, and general office support, with cross‑training in several areas to serve both internal and external clients.
ORGANIZATIONAL STATUS:
This position reports to the Human Resource Coordinator.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent, emphasizing courses in English and math.
Experience:
Two years as a receptionist in a professional office environment with demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills and excellent attendance record. A hospitality background is a plus, but not required.
