Job summary

Ewald Automotive Group is seeking a friendly, detail-oriented Receptionist for our Ford Dealership in Cudahy, Wisconsin. You will be the first point of contact for guests, handling calls, greeting customers, processing payments, and supporting daily administrative tasks under the Office Manager’s direction.

Ideal candidates will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous auto dealership experience preferred but not required.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.

Responsibilities

• Route incoming calls, take messages, and provide basic information to callers.
• Greet and assist customers as they arrive.
• Receive payments and maintain accurate deposit logs.
• Type memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents.
• Provide general clerical and administrative support as requested.
