The Recovery Village at Palmer Lake is seeking a friendly Receptionist to greet patients, families, visitors, and staff with warmth and professionalism. You will help ensure a calm, organized front desk while protecting patient confidentiality in a healthcare setting.
You’ll manage calls, screen messages, sign-in logs, and coordinate with teams to maintain an efficient, welcoming reception area as patients begin their recovery journey.
At The Recovery Village at Palmer Lake, we believe recovery begins with compassionate care, meaningful connections, and an environment where every individual feels respected and supported. As our Receptionist, you’ll play an important role in creating that experience by welcoming patients, families, visitors, and team members with professionalism, warmth, and empathy.
This is more than a front-desk position. You’ll help create a welcoming, organized, and supportive environment for individuals taking important steps toward recovery from substance use and co-occurring mental health conditions. Your attention to detail, communication skills, and commitment to confidentiality will help our multidisciplinary team focus on what matters most: providing patient-centered, evidence-based care.
If you enjoy helping others, thrive in a professional environment, and want your work to contribute to something meaningful, we invite you to be part of our mission.
