The Recovery Village Ridgefield is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to help maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for patients, staff, and visitors.

In this role you will follow established schedules, sanitize spaces, manage linen, operate cleaning equipment, and report maintenance needs. A strong work ethic, clear communication, and teamwork are essential.

• Operate cleaning equipment safely and effectively.
• Identify and report maintenance or repair needs.
• Assist with emergency spill cleanup when necessary.
• Move and arrange furniture as needed.
• Keep work area organized and clean.
• Collaborate positively with coworkers and leadership.

As a Housekeeper, you will help maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for our patients, staff, and visitors. Your work directly contributes to the healing experience of individuals receiving treatment and recovery support.

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prefer one (1) year of experience or a personal preference in Housekeeping in a health care facility
