The Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, callers, and other professionals interacting with the firm and plays an important role in delivering a welcoming, professional, and service-oriented experience. This position manages the reception area, answers and directs incoming calls, greets and assists visitors, responds to general inquiries, and provides administrative support to attorneys and staff as needed. The ideal candidate is professional, personable, organized, and detail-oriented, with strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities while maintaining discretion and confidentiality in a professional law firm environment.
