• Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
• Perform light administrative tasks such as filing, copying, and data entry.
• Communicate important information to nursing staff and management when needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
• Support the team in creating a positive experience for residents and their families.
