Job summary

Signature HealthCARE of OAKVIEW is seeking a part-time receptionist to support daily office operations. You will answer and direct calls, handle mail distribution, and provide general clerical assistance in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and 6 months to 1 year of customer service or related office experience. Weekend 8-hour shifts (Sat/Sun 8:30am–4:30pm) are available, with a competitive benefits package.

Our Receptionists make a difference by providing general office support that includes a wide variety of clerical activities and tasks. They are responsible for answering incoming calls, directing calls to appropriate departments and Stakeholders, and mail distribution.
