Job summary

Signature HealthCARE in Greeneville, TN, seeks a friendly receptionist to support a busy health care facility. You will answer incoming calls, route inquiries to the right departments and stakeholders, and handle mail distribution, delivering courteous, patient-focused office support.

This full-time role runs 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, Monday–Friday, with a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental and vision coverage, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, tuition reimbursement, and more.

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent related work experience.
• Six (6) months to one (1) year customer service experience or related experience performing office/clerical duties.

How you Will make a difference

Our Receptionists make a difference by providing general office support that includes a wide variety of clerical activities and tasks. They are responsible for answering incoming calls, directing calls to appropriate departments and Stakeholders, and mail distribution.

What you Need to make a Difference

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent related work experience.
• Six (6) months to one (1) year customer service experience or related experience performing office/clerical duties.

This is a full-time position with hours of 8-4:30pm Monday – Friday.
