Job summary

Sunrise Manor, part of Signature HealthCARE, seeks a Receptionist to support daily office operations and provide a welcoming front-desk experience in Kentucky.

You will answer calls, route inquiries, manage mail, and perform clerical tasks in a busy facility focused on skilled nursing and rehab services.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent related work experience.
• Six (6) months to one (1) year customer service experience or related experience performing office/clerical duties.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and direct calls to appropriate departments and stakeholders.
• Handle mail distribution and general office clerical tasks.

How you Will make a difference

Our Receptionists make a difference by providing general office support that includes a wide variety of clerical activities and tasks. They are responsible for answering incoming calls, directing calls to appropriate departments and Stakeholders, and mail distribution.
